DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
Full-Service Model:
- Huskee manages inventory replenishment and delivers borrowcups, Smart Bins, and related items directly to venues in service areas (e.g. Sydney).
- Freight and logistics are included in the service fee.
- Venues may request additional stock via the Borrow system as needed.
Return-to-Venue Model:
- Venues are responsible for the cost of initial shipping and reorders.
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the venue during sign-up or in follow-up correspondence
Returns Policy
Huskee does not accept general returns of borrowcups or related products. Returns are only permitted in the following cases:
- Items arrived damaged (e.g., cracked or broken cups).
- The tamper-evident seal on the Huskee tub was broken upon delivery (Full-Service Model only).
- Products are faulty due to manufacturing defects (e.g., improper fitting lids, compromised materials).
- Unregistering from Program if stopping the Borrow program, assets are encouraged to be returned to Huskee for reuse and any undamaged assets able to be added back into circulation will be refunded minus a shipping and small cleaning charge per item
- To initiate a return request:
- Contact support@borrowbyhuskee.co within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
- Include a clear description of the issue and photo evidence.
- Approved returns will be processed with replacement items sent or account credit applied.
Huskee reserves the right to reject return claims that do not meet the above criteria.
